Box Classic
Our Signature class, split in to lower/upper and full body focussed days. Spend half your time smashing out combos on the bag and half the session getting stuck into some awesome strength work using dumbbells, bodyweight and bands!
Box Battle
Nope, it's not sparring, but a music battle!!! We run this session once a month and pit 2 music heavyweights against each other in the playlist whilst we go through a strength and conditioning based boxing session. Maximal vibes!
Power Box
This is our Super strength focussed class. Expect lower reps, heavier weight but still some energetic rounds on the bag for good measure.
Mums n Bubs
Strength workout using dumbbells, bodyweight and bands, with a focus on building strength post-partum. Targeting those core areas needed to be a strong mum.
Sweat Box
Anything goes here, mixing up some higher intensity interval training, a good dose of core work and fun combos, you'll leave on a total endorphin high!
Friday Flow
Test your combo skills in our Friday Flow session where we build combo on top of combo to create a super fun boxing flow to test our mind and body.
Every 2nd Friday.
